I purchased Flatboard Pro and in the client area I can download Flatboard Pro Beta 3. Is there anywhere I can download a stable release of Flatboard Pro 2 with the plugins and theme switcher instead?

Of course you can, I have just done the necessary in your customer area 👌.
You can use plugins in version 2.5 with Flatboard 3 BETA.
