How to capture reply ID using the replyButton function

I am working on a new plugin, and I want to know how you can get the reply ID from the topic, foreach() won't work, since I am using a foreach for the reaction and the other would be the reply, but how can it be identified?

The plugin is called (ReactionPRO) only for flatboard pro users only
